Hardman Estates provide two services to all Landlords

Letting Only service

We will find a suitable tenant, Credit check them, draw up the contracts move them in and take the first months rental in advance along with the deposit. After this the Landlord becomes totally responsible for their own property and the tenants security deposit.

Full management service

Hardman Estates will manage the property completely collecting rents, and managing other services such as gardens, minor or major repairs making sure that Landlords have a complete stress free service.
